This period, my 4th since starting birth control, is absolute stomach TORTURE😭😭 I’ve been nonstop throwing up and i had a migraine yesterday which led to more of that and now i just got woken up by my stomach and i had to sit on the toilet for almost an hour because my stomach was so upset and I can’t help but just cry because i can’t handle this😭😭 i have to work tonight and it’s a big money making shift bartending so I really really do not want to call off so do any of you ladies have any tips to help with the vomiting and gross bathroom visits?? I feel so weak and drained and just want to do nothing but cry.
