Pelvic pain relief

I have so much pain in my pelvic bone region it hurts to sit, stand, move, etc. I have an appointment with a PFPT but not until August.

What’s helped you? How severe did it get? I have a friend that wasn’t able to walk toward the end of her pregnancy. Ugh.
