So, there's a 16 year old kid who I've hired to walk my dog during the work day. I asked him, because he sometimes misses days, to call or write down if he can't make it. I did this on Monday.

He took her out once this week! Signed the paper off on Monday and didn't show for the other four. He didn't contact me, leave a note, or anything yo indicate he wasn't taking her out. He lives directly downstairs.

Left an apology note last night saying some stuff came up. He'd be better next week.

If it's medical or any family emergencies, then I might let him off the hook, but I'm gone at work and thought he had just forgotten to sign the paper. He has done so in the past. So in five days she only had the chance to go in the morning and at night when I got home.

I'm pissed, so I need other people's thoughts on what to do. If he's not taking her out I don't have many other solutions to have her go while I'm at work. She isn't great with potty pads and misses them entirely with them. This is an appartment.

I'm reluctant to give him another chance, and I'm about ready to scream when I see him again. He blew it, I understand stuff and life happening, but all I asked for was a text or note.
