Low key crying

Omg my stomach back and vagina hurt so bad. I am literally crying because it hurts so bad. I cant eat anything without nausea. I am sitting at home trying to breathe. I dont know if baby is kicking or if they're contractions all I know is that they hurt. I called labor and Delivery and they are hopeless and told me to take a warm bath and tylenol 🙄😭🙄😭 I have been doing that all day they dont seem to be listening. My husband is not home and all I want is him to hug me. I am 36+1 and this hurts so bad I don't know what is happening
