HELP PLEASE ASAP I’m confused and scared...

i had sex on the 13 started off w a condom but we ended up taking it off. he pulled out on time, didn’t see anything come out of me. i’m 5 or 6 days away from my period coming and everytime i cramp really bad i have to poop and it’s been diarrhea. i’ve been reading that those are signs of pregnancy but also it’s a sign of pms and it’s normal. can somebody please help and tell me something bc im highly confused at this point🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
