Pregnancy diet


I feel like all I eat is carbs. I’m always so busy to cook and I was so sick during my first trimester that I’m still having a hard time eating much in one sitting as I went so long without wanting to eat anything. I feel like I need to get more protein, fruits, and vegetables but it’s hard as most quick meals aren’t healthy and fruits and vegetables aren’t filling. I’ve been worried about if my baby is going to get enough nutrients from so much carbs. I can’t keep up with how often my stomach feels kinda sick due to needing more food either it’s almost exhausting. No morning sickness just overall empty stomach feeling every hr or two regardless of what I eat.
