Terrified of giving birth..

Anyone else scared to give birth?

This is my first baby. I’m 31 weeks and the closer I get the more anxiety I have about pushing this baby out!! I’m more anxious about actually pushing her out than I am of labor itself because I know an epidural is an option if I need it.. but the thought of actually pushing her out really terrifies me..

What if I tear?! Can I really do this?! I don’t have a choice.. it’s happening.

I’m trying to prepare for the most difficult thing of my entire life.. and I just don’t feel like I can ever be prepared enough.
