Is this normal?

We in our twenties and we haven’t had sex we made out a few times dating almost 4 months now officially two months and the making out/French kissing has reduced lately ! Is that a bad sign is it normal ? He still talks to me I know he’s busy with school and work and gets really tired but is there something I should do or worry about ?
