Negative test but feeling movement

I was 3 days late for my period I took 4 tests all negative on the 4th day of being late I started I had a kinda heavy period with blood clots idk why but now my period is over and I'm feeling and seeing movement in my belly it feels like I'm pregnant but the test are negative and no it's not gas someone please help me understand oh an I also have a 1 year old already so I know what being pregnant feels like
