HELP PLEASE. Am I tripping or what???

My cycle is due in like 5 or 6 days. So Like 3 or 4 days ago i took 4 fiber pills (as the bottle directed) bc i was constipated. Now I have diarrhea w strong cramps ever since i took them. i’m thinking it’s the fiber pills but at the same time Idk if i should be worried bc ive heard this is a possible sign of pregnancy bc my bf and i did have unprotected sex but he pulled out. ik that you can get pregnant from precum as well too. sorry if this is all over the place. i’m nervous and scared.
