Labor or Braxton Hicks?

I’m currently 37w and 2d, I have been experiencing pain in my abdominal almost like cramping since 8pm and it’s now 230 am. It doesn’t get increasingly strong to the point I can’t talk. It’s just some moments it’s super painful and some moments it’s not. I’ve had diarrhea early in the evening as well. I’m not sure if this is false labor pains or actual labor pains. Has anyone experienced this?
