How long did it take you to get over your ex?

This last boyfriend I had, I really felt like was the one. Since we’ve broken up, I’ve moved to a pretty rural area and it could be for lack of other options, but I find myself missing him a lot. I’ve tired reaching out to him in the past, but it seems he isn’t interested in getting back together, and I don’t even know if us getting back together would work anyways. I just miss him. How do I get over this?
