Any symptoms of twins?
I have a two boys ages 5 and 4 and two girls that are 3 and 2. We just found out we are pregnant again. I found out two days before my missed period and I can't even stay awake past 3pm. My feet are so swollen that I shake half the night with aching feet and the feeling of wanting to vomit but can't. There are multiple twins on my biological moms side all girls
