Has anyone every developed sciatica during pregnancy and what did you do to help?
Yesterday i went to sit down at my table in the kitchen and was got this sharp shooting pain in my back. So i went to the hospital thinking the worst. And turns out i have sciatica which there isnt much that can be done. But i was told to do physical therapy to help stretch out the pinched nerve.im in so much pain i can barely walk.
