VIt D deficiency?

Anyone who was very low on Vit D what was your symptoms and your ViT D level? How much did you take?

Mine was so low my doctor literally said “how are you functioning”? While laughing 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ I went in because I was constantly tired and kinda getting dizzy randomly. And so she put me on a very high dose oh Vit D and for some reason it only helped for about two months so I take a very low dose everyday now. Definitely consult your doctor :)

Mine is 33 and is low as it should be 50, I am breastfeeding and had my period but I am extremely fatigue so I am wondering if it's coz of that. Doctor refused to prescribe higher dose as I am breastfeeding 😶🤷🏼‍♀️

If you think you have left w D-Vitamin levels go see your doctor and gave them draw blood. It's actually possible to overdose on D-Vitamin, so don't just assume it's low and take a ton.
