Help!

So I took the first test yesterday and the other two this morning! But now I’m bleeding 😩 I would be 2-4 days late on my period (reason being both apps are giving me two different start dates). I haven’t really had any symptoms, besides some cramping but not as much as I usually get before my period. Also it almost feels like a burning or hot sensation in my uterus as if my period was about to start. This would be my first pregnancy and I’m not sure if I’m having a miscarriage, it’s Sunday so doctors office is closed. What would you ladies do?!

P.S the first response is pink not gray in person I know it kind of looks grayish in this picture
