Blue cohosh
Has anyone tried blue cohosh to naturally induce labor? My mom always went 2 weeks over her due date (she has 7 kids all natural etc) and used blue cohosh to naturally induce her labor.
If you’ve tried it, did it work? Was it worth it? How much/when did you take?
