Did not think it would be this difficult 😩
Does anyone have any advice on adjusting to pregnancy? This is my first pregnancy and I’m around 5 weeks (glow app says 5weeks exactly according to last period but not sure how accurate that is) and I’m just so exhausted. Doing anything is so difficult, I get dizzy, lightheaded, and out of breath extremely fast. I get so nauseous if I don’t eat right when I get hungry. My lower half is just so sore/ crampy, legs feel weak all the time, my low back and hips just ache so bad. It’s Just so much more than I expected it to be and I’m not adjusting well. And this is only the beginning!!😬😬🤣 I know it’ll all be worth it ❤️ I just need advice on how to be more comfortable 😩
