Hi ladies. I have a 9 month old daughter. My daughter's father and I have never been married. Unfortunately, we are planning to go our separate ways and I know he is going to come at me talking about how he is going to move back to the west coast, we are in Missouri right now, and he will want to take our daughter there and ship her back and forth. Is there any type of law or something once we go to court for custody that will prevent him from being able to move and take our daughter with him?
