I'm almost 5 months and run probably 6 miles a week at least. I'm running a 5k next weekend and another when I'm 6 months next month. As long as you don't let your body get to hot and you don't have trouble breathing, it is fine. I have heard that physical activity during pregnancy results in an easier labor, but that could totally be false as every labor is different.
