From over 170 pounds to 130!

Update! So a lot are asking how I did it. I did weight watchers and dance fitness with Jessica. I did weight watchers online only and paid for Jessica’s live stream but you can also do her workout free on YouTube. My journey is a long one. The first photo is from 2017 at my highest weight. I Lost around 25 pounds then and gained some but not all back which is the second picture where I was about 155 in January of this year. The final picture is from the end of April. So it took about 4 months to get from the middle to the final result. Losing weight does not happen over night. You have got to find what works for you and something you can stick to! And if you stay with it and be consistent not only will you lose the weight you will actually keep it off! I am still at 130 now (sometimes a little more or little less because that’s life).
