School Shootings in the U.S.

How do parents and teachers feel about this? Do you really have faith in where you send your child to school knowing the rate of school or mass shootings in your country? Do you really feel safe? Not sure I'd wanna work at a school in the U.S. OR send my kid to one. What a sad situation.
