Anyone have a negative blood quant test at 11dpo and go to have a positive?

Today I went and. Got my quant tests done and my levels were 1.71. lines weren't getting darker at all. I am presently 11dpo and have only gotten faint (now what I believe to be evaps within the time frame ) on FRER and stark white negatives on dollar tree and Walmart 88¢ test..so my nurse says keep taking the progesterone, u may not have implanted if your period isn't due until the 24th. I've given up hope at this point. Anyone have a negative blood quant test at 11dpo and go to have a positive?
