Achy Uterus

This is my first month ttc after stopping the pill and my uterus is sooo achy. It started in the middle of my cycle right around ovulation, the pain was more on my right side. Then the last few days the pain has been across my whole pelvic area. It’s not super painful... it reminds me of the sensation you get when you have really rough sex and it’s just sore. Only I haven’t had any rough sex 😂 It hurts most when I sit or make sudden movements.

My period is supposed to start Friday, but I usually don’t have PMS this early or for multiple days.

Anyone experienced this or know what it might be?
