Diastasis Recti
Does anyone have experience with diastasis recti? Was yours manageable? Did it go away? Do you ever look normal again? What workouts did you do? Did you have to get surgery?
My doctor said I’m 3 fingers apart and that if it’s not resolved in 6 months (???) then I should see physical therapy.
I hate this, I hate my body.. I love what it gave me but everytime I look at my pouch I want to cry.
