Crying baby when it’s time to sleep

Y’all I’ve been trying to put my baby to sleep at 9:30, she eventually falls asleep,but as soon as I put her in her crib she starts crying so I try and pat her sometimes it works and she falls back asleep.Few minutes later she wakes up crying again and we are just going back and forth and she ends up going to sleep late around 12-1am😰 I don’t know what to do, I start work again in less than a month and I can’t be going to sleep late and waking up at 5am😩😩 It’s sooo frustrating
