Pregnancy right after miscarriage?

So ladies last month I miscarried...and now I think I'm pregnant. I know after a miscarriage it takes awhile for you to get your period to be back on track and for it to come more often but literally 8 weeks ago I was pregnant! And now I think I'm pregnant again! Is it possible to get pregnant that fast after a miscarriage? Of do you have to wait a month or two? My period is 10 days late and later today I was spotting. And that's how I knew I was pregnant the first time before a positive test.
