Weight loss tips
I started my weight loss journey yesterday. Before pregnancy I was 145. I’m 9 months PP and I weigh 200.2. I started yesterday by not eating sweet and drinking 80 oz of water. I’m going to do 120 today. I just took baby steps but I need some meal ideas and tips. I know it’s probably common sense to most, but I literally would eat a monster and a 711 cookie for breakfast, fast food for lunch, and maybe fast food for dinner or skip dinner.
So I need some actual advise from real people. The internet has so much information that it’s kind of intimidating. I want to get a gym pass, but I told myself I need to lose 10 pounds before I get one just so I know I’m serious this time. So maybe you guys have YouTube video suggestions? Snacks suggestions? Quick meal suggestions? Anything will help me please. Thank you!
