what do you ladies do to take your mind & taste buds off of cravings?? I'm a picky eater as is, & I LOVEEEEEEEEE chocolate. I have 5 kids. 5'7 around 200lbs. would like to loose a total of 40lbs, but my first set goal is 20lbs. I've started doing little exercises I've gotten off of Pinterest. I can't go to the gym, don't have a sitter. so at home work outs are best. & its too hot to do walks with kids right now. I need a workout plan but more importantly I NEED to learn a dietary plan. I need to learn how to eat properly, learn how to portion, etc. my boyfriend is hinting at proposing & I want to get into better shape before we get married.
