Prenatal massage
Has anyone had a prenatal massage before? If so, what week in pregnancy did you go? There is a place near me that specializes in pregnancy and post partum classes/care, etc. I am 28 weeks today and starting to get more uncomfortable (hips, lower back, tailbone, numbness) Did you feel less pain after your prenatal massage? I wanted to hold off until I was REALLY uncomfortable and desperately needed a massage for some relief.
