I was in a car accident with my kids about a month ago. I was at fault since the other driver had the right away. I stopped at the stopped sign and didnt see a car and as I pulled out I got hit. The hit was so hard that i know he was speeding. At the hospital i was told he had a suspended license but supposedly he took care of it prior. My insurance said they really cant do anything about it and he hired an attorney for the injuries sustained. So basically hes not worried about the car. Should I get an attorney or just see what happens?
