I'm significantly overweight, and used IUI to get pregnant. My weight was mentioned, but they didn't dwell on it. My overall health is excellent, and all bloodwork and exams proved it. Our issues ended up being related to male factor infertility. One round of IUI with letrozole, and I got my BFP!
