Feeling hopeless

Is it possible to have a negative hpt at 2 weeks post transfer and still have a positive beta??? Had a negative hpt on Monday at 14dp5dt and have my beta scheduled for tomorrow. This is my first and only <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> cycle.
