implantation bleeding or my period

so i had sex on july 12th, it was my first time, and my bf put it in for one second and pulled out cause it hurt so bad, he wasnt wearing a condom tho, so my period is supposed to come tomorrow and i’ve been having some pretty bad cramps and backache, i’ve been bleeding but its only when i wipe or go to the bathroom and its red but it’s got a little shade of pink. i think it might be too heavy for implantation bleeding tho because there are drops of blood and my pee looks reddish too (i’m sorry, TMI) but anyways, do you guys think it is my period or implantation bleeding
