What should I do ?

Okay so my man has always fingered me while we’re basically fore playing and like a month ago I guess he fingered me to hard and I started bleeding then when I peed it burned like a cut or something then the second time which was weeks after he fingered me like normal which was like two weeks ago but then a day later I was bleeding again but it not hurting when I pee now today fingered me and he pulled his finger out and I was bleeding like the first ...And it hurt when I pee just like the first time ....idk why I keep bleeding he always fingered me that way since we started being intimate for like 6 months now ... should I go see my gyn since it’s the third time me bleeding ..also to add I stopped my period with birth control .. please leave your thoughtful advice and help on what steps I should do I’m already thinking to make an appointment with my gyn because of this situation or should I just leave it alone ..btw I just rinsed off with like warm water and I put a pad on
