Please read!

So my start weight was 197 pounds and I’m now 160 pounds.. I have more weight to go obviously, but the issue is I’m starting to hate myself more now than I did when I was 197 pounds. The way I look in clothes I just see fat everywhere. Back fat, side boob fat, and leg fat and stomach fat you name it I see it. Why is this happening?? I have a wedding to go to Saturday and I was trying clothes on to see what I wanted to wear and I literally cried so hard cuz I hated everything and the way I looked. Help please
