I need help lol

I have BV, I went to the DR.’s and they prescribed me UTI antibiotic pills and a cream for the BV. I wasn’t able to use the cream for the BV because my toddler ended up taking off the cap on the cream and spilled it everywhere! It’s been some weeks since then, and I’m just scared to go back to the DR.’s because I’m afraid they won’t believe my story or may look at me as if I’m irresponsible. I just want to cure my BV 😩 should I go back? I never have time to make an appointment, I’ve been so busy(that’s why I haven’t been back as well) I’ve been getting treated at the express care.
