Not even 5 weeks pg with second and already up a cup size?!

Holy moly I only found out 4 days ago that I was pregnant with out 2nd child (our daughter is almost 20mo) and I went from feeling fine to every day things seem to be intensifying rapidly making me wonder just how much more intense this pregnancy is likely to be in comparison. My boobs felt squashed yesterday so I went bra hunting and realised I've already gone from a C to a D!! Also as of yesterday feel I need a second breakfast and getting so many twinges and the bloating has come out of nowhere the past two days. Who is with me here?? Yikes..!
