Beginning my weight loss. Finally.

I am 15 and a half years old. I 5’6” and a half and close to 170 pounds. I am right now personally unhappy with my body and with the weight I’ve gained in the last 2 years. I’ve never really been active and it sucked because I’d always be easily out of breath. This is my third day with some simple exercises that I’ve been doing to start off with. I’m going to start walking more as well. After about a week of getting my muscles ready I’m going to see if I can start going to a gym to really start taking on the numbers. My final goal will to be close to 130 pounds if I see that it is a healthy weight for my body. Right now I’m aiming to lose 15. I’m excited to FINALLY start working on loving my body and myself and to see my final results. If anyone cares to see my journey I’ll keep this updated.
