Does anyone else experience this?

Every time my boyfriend and I have sex (yes we have been dating long term, yes we use condoms every time, and yes I’m on birth control. Not like it really matters anyway) I bleed no matter when my period was. Also afterwards my vagina stays sore for a day or too and it is painful to pee. This has been happening for the past 6+ months so I am pretty confident that it’s not a UTI. We’ve both been tested for STDs. All clear. I have an appointment with my gynecologist next week I was just wondering if anyone experiences the same thing or knows what it could be?!
