FTM here and I'm 18+3 and I'm experiencing pain that goes from the right side of my lower abdomen through to the right side of my lower back. The pain in my abdomen is not severe but my back is in a lot of pain. Pretty much everything I do hurts it and it's come and go over the passed week or so, but tonight it's particularly painful.

When should this concern me? I have an ultrasound scheduled for a week from now. Is this something I should just mention at that appointment or do I need to get this checked out sooner? Or is this totally normal?
