Boyfriend has burning pee

So recently my boyfriend accused me of giving him something, and now we are on a break. When I asked him if he had gone to the DR he said no. He said it itches after we have sex and that now (3 weeks after our last encounter) it burns when he pees. On 9/29 I got tested even though I have no symptoms and I came back negative for Trich, chlamydia, and gonnoreah. What are your thoughts? This is a confusing situation
