TTC after PPA/PPD

I had horrible PPA/PPD after my daughter which I think was triggered/exacerbated by the minipill. She is 15 months now and I’m trying to wean off effexor and xanax because I don’t want to be on these pregnant. I had been on effexor prior to my past pregnancy and successfully weaned last time with little problems during my last pregnancy. I would also like to breastfeed for at least the first month and not be on meds during that time. Any advice or experience from second time moms who suffered PPA/PPD with their first?
