Multiple Tampons

I went to go change my tampon and I pulled it out and then went to go wipe and there was another string sticking out! I’m thinking to myself holy shit I can’t believe I forgot to pull it out this morning. But thinking maybe it was because I had a pad too since I am bleeding so heavy right now and I forgot I had both. So I pulled the other tampon out and 2 fell out! I had 3 tampons in at once. This has never happened to me before and I am in disbelief. Has this happened to anyone before?

*UPDATE- I am 28 years old and this has NEVER happened before. Not even with 2. That was my worry when it happened was TSS. This situation is so crazy to me.*
