How do you know when to end each pumping session?

How do I know when my pumping session is done? I feel like I never reach a point that there is nothing coming out, it decreases, but I could probably sit there all day with little drips coming out.  How do I know when it's time to turn the pump off and call it quits?

I breastfeed then pump. I typically only pump for 13-20 mins max. I usually pump until my boobs feel flat or empty if that makes sense.

I always kept my pumping sessions at a 45min maximum or else I would get full again too soon and it would hurt.

Does anyone notice one breast produces way more than the other?

I exclusively pump and my sessions are average 20 minutes. 30 if I have time. I call it when it takes 3+ cycles of suction to get a drop.
