Losing weight after c-section?

Any tips on how to lose weight after having a c-section? It's been 3 weeks since I had an emergency c-section.

I was wondering the same. I had an emergency c-section 6 weeks ago and it's still not healed properly so getting frustrated :(

Walk walk walk and tons of water.  I also bought a wrap for my stomach and I dropped a ton and the support was great.

Im 4 weeks post c section. Just walking for now. When your cleared I hear running helps a lot.

I haven't lost much weight since my c-section :( I only lost like 14 pounds.
