8 weeks pregnant with twins
I have a 3yr old and a 1yr old and this is my first pregnancy that I have had no energy at all.. I’m tired all the time I just want to sleep. No energy for my two sons. I don’t want clean or cook or pretty much do anything, I’m super bloated and it makes me nauseous. I just want my energy back! Advice please !
