Any advice?
For several health reasons, I have decided that as much as I love carbs and sugars, I needed to go low carb. It's been almost a week and I've been trying to ease my way into it. I've limited myself to 100 grams per day, which according to the Mayo Clinic, 225 gr to 325 gr is recommended and anything less than 130 fr is considered low carb.
I've been using slimfast's keto shakes and fat bombs, bulletproof coffee from Rapid Fire and I've been infusing my waters at home with fruits. Not only is it difficult being low carb when my mom and husband live with me and aren't as committed to going on this journey with me as they originally said, it's also difficult because I'm not finding that I am feeling as full as people are say I should feel.
Does anyone have any tips to combat cravings, hunger, or any other beginner tips you can think of? Anything will help!
