SEX TIPS PLEASE

So my bf and I are in an open relationship. Recently a Co worker and I have gotten kinda close. We’re both Bi and attracted to each other. The topic of sex came up and we were joking about having sex with each other. By the end of the conversation we both agreed it was something we’d be interested. So we talked to our partners about it and they’re both okay with it.... So now to the point of this post... the scary part is coming soon. Neither of us has ever had sex with a girl yet. I really want this to be good and to make her first time with a girl good for her. If anyone has any tips pls help me lol you can also add me on sc if you wanna give tips there.
