3rd time mom

so I just found out I'm pregnant again.....not the best time tbh so not 100% happy just yet.

my oldest was born nov 16

and my current youngest was born april 18

and based off the app its saying I'm almost 8 weeks rn have to set up a dr appointment for next week I'm terrified I have terrible ppd and regular depression I get overwhelmed very easy with just my current 2 but neither of the "A" words are an option. I'm not super religious but if you are can you please pray for me and my fiance
